Jack is Excellent and this is why. First, he picks up his calls, second when he arrives he gets to work, third he is thorough! A backflow service is required annually. Jack has provided this service for 3 years. Thank you Jack being reliable! Hard to find these days.

Holt is #1! I had a previous backflow inspector who was a nightmare to book and nearly caused my water to be shut off because they were so slow with inspections and paperwork. Then I found Holt, and they’ve been amazing—quick, thorough, and reliable with our annual inspections every year.
We also had an issue when a slow plow pushed a berm into our outdoor backflow, causing it to spray water everywhere. I called Holt, and despite the middle of a snowstorm, he came out, dug out the backflow, and resolved the problem immediately.
